Dear Visitor

Berzsenyi Dániel College is a significant higher education institution in the Western Transdanubian region.  With a history of over 50 years, higher education in Szombathely has given tens of thousands of highly trained professionals to the fields of education, science, and public administration alike.  Its departments and scientific teams have established cooperation with various colleges and universities within Hungary and abroad. The college’s infrastructure is constantly expanded and updated.

These days higher education in Hungary is facing new challenges.  Following the recommendations of the Bologna process Berzsenyi College hopes to offer Bachelor, Master and doctoral tuition too.  In accordance with the European concept of Univesitas it is our aim to adopt a thoroughly student-centred approach.

Our region, Vas County, and the City of Szombathely welcome students seeking to gain knowledge and further their careers.

I sincerely look forward to welcoming you as a student of Berzsenyi Dániel College.

Professor Károly Gadányi
Rector
